Kyle Busch - 911 call He reportedly passed out while in his racing simulator at home. He was struggling to breathe, overheating and coughing up blood. The coughing up blood has me concerned for a blood clot. Could be multiple reasons including the current infection, history of trauma to his leg a couple months ago and other factors (infections, vaccines) to name a few. There’s a chance the sinus infection became pneumonia, which could have led to sepsis.
