An engineer broke his arm and couldn't type for 2 months. He shipped 22,000 lines of production code anyway. Claude wrote all of it. He steered. Then he explained how he did it without wrecking a live database. The definition at 01:04 reframes everything. Vibe coding isn't sloppy. It's forgetting the code exists while never forgetting the product. The chart at 03:21 is the reason this isn't a gimmick. Task length the model handles doubles every 7 months. Ignoring that curve is the real mistake. At 13:14 he walks the actual case. 22,000 lines of reinforcement learning code, into prod, responsibly. The move at 11:44 is what people skip. 15 to 20 minutes loading one prompt, then let it run. Everyone is scared to trust the model in prod. He did it with one hand.
