@Teachers__Unite Having one educational assistant running between six classrooms to “put out fires” is now the norm in Ontario. This is unfair to vulnerable students with complex needs (and for ALL students), for the EA, for other educators, and for students’ families.

The supposed inferiority of disabled people, is created by ableism, not disability.
