In the first minibus, 27 passengers were found on board, with only one person in possession of a valid passport. In the second minibus, which was carrying 23 passengers, only one passenger had a valid passport. The two South African drivers are expected to face charges related to human trafficking. The learner, identified as 15-year-old John Magoro, reportedly died on Monday evening after being hit by a truck near the BP garage at Unit C.
