1st time - casually
Give it at least a days breather.
2nd time - limited distractions while reading the lyrics, usually in bed.
After that, I give it a rating. If there is something makes me pause then I listen a 3rd time.

GNX was a surprise drop and it only had 7 hours of tracking .. compared to an album that’s been getting promoted for the last 2 years ..

@ervis_2000 I do not hold these Billboard or streaming metrics in high regard concerning the popularity of an artist.
Streaming platform algorithms are broken in the sense of pushing the top performers higher on people's queue. Then you have degens spam listening just to pump those numbers.
