@gohenry @VisaUK is anyone going to explain the technical issue found at the weekend that has resulted in children’s money not being available to them for 3 days now? Kids put at risk when their cards didn’t work! No development in updates, no coverage AT ALL in the media.

So, @VisaUK how many times do I have to tell you, the verification phone number you have is wrong! Sending verification codes to that is a risk of fraud etc. I've told you 6 times!!! I will be closing my account on Monday. #Useless #ux

@VisaUK @UberUKI_Support £143.43 £143.93 £293.55 £520.81 All taken within 10 minutes of each other so how far a trip would this get you because @visa and @Uber seem to think this is legit and awarded the money to uber after an investigation. Is it possible to do 4 trips in 10 minutes and cost this.

@VisaUK absolutely gob smacked my card was fraudulently used on a @UberUKI_Support uber denied that card had even been used but after visa contacted them via an investigation they have favoured in ubers favour taking a massive sum leaving me and my kids with nothing and overdrawn

Day 8 still nothing from @Ryanair and had the same guy with a Kenyan area code calling asking me to download another app for a refund AND compensation.. can you confirm if this is genuine please because I used a @VisaUK @BarclaysUK debit card and I expect that to be refunded

Trying to book assistance today with @askryanair @NCLairport as a lone passenger travelling with a disability has been horrific and it's still not booked. Flight to Manchester, piece of cake to book assistance online. Flight to Alicante from Newcastle? Nope

@financialombuds how do I go about a gettting a refund @LloydsBank and @VisaUK keep returning to @qatarairways due to old card (Qatar did not contact for current card despite my instructions) even though they said no problem. It has been ongoing since January 2023 #iwantmymoney
