@asymmetric_bets Quite a few have been posting non stop bearish takes every weekend since the end of October. Why people would follow anyone that has been calling for a crash during most weekends is beyond me

Now is a good time to take inventory of the accounts you’re following on X. A lot of accounts posted all weekend about a Black Monday scenario and a limit down. Lots of calls for $200 oil. My feed was as bearish and scared as I’ve ever seen it. Many of the same accounts did this last year when the tariffs happened too. A downturn may still happen, but just take note and remember what people are saying now. File it away in your mind for future reference. We’ll probably know soon if they were right. It will help you to remain grounded and rational the next time there’s a markets-in-turmoil headline.
