The IDF has acknowledged that a strike near Beirut last night, intended to assassinate a Hezbollah operative, failed. Instead, it killed a senior Lebanese Forces official, Pierre Mouawad, a member of a Christian political group opposed to Hezbollah, along with his wife.

There is a lot of analysis coming out about this mission, but here’s a take away most haven’t mentioned: you should do more cardio. This man moved over five miles, up elevation. being in shape will keep you alive, in more ways than one.

Like I mean would turn into the nastiest Karen if the same was done to them. And yet can’t see from others perspective despite understanding what it’s like, not liking it themselves, and judging their responses. Would stab family in the back for some land. Cut everybody out.
