The issue of housing & low-income housing for older adults is monstrous & can have direct health impacts on the public. Without housing, health conditions such as diabetes, HIV, high blood pressure, or mental health issues are virtually impossible to treat & stabilize.

Did you know it is completely legal for nursing homes to own companies that provide services to the nursing home, such as real estate, management, physical therapy, & staffing? They pay themselves for these purchases & there's no transparency in these related party transactions.
