@erinsteph_x The storage cluster had an issue related to its SSD storage drive, but it is currently recovering.Our system engineers are working on resolving the matter.We expect that by tomorrow everything should be back to normal,but for the time being,we cannot provide you with an exact ETA

@VPSCheap_NET What is the new estimate for the servers to be up? It's been down 4+ days.
There has not been an update in the client area for 36 hours.
I cannot create a support ticket - or rather the system says they were created, but the don't really exist.

@VPSCheap_NET Its is coming up on 48 hours of downtime for 'maintenance' that was 'scheduled' a few days ahead of time and announced only in the web portal. Are we supposed to check the web portal daily to see if you are planning something? This is unacceptable.

Sorry about that! As announced in the client area, we're currently performing some preventative network maintenance as we upgrade to a new network cluster that'll allow us to provide a better, more resilient service.
