Hon'ble Governor of Karnataka Thaawarchand Gehlot, presided over the 25th Convocation of Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belgaum. Minsiter M.C.Sudhakar, Chief Guest Rear Admiral Vikram Menon, Vice Chancellor Professor S. Vidyashankar and other dignitaries were present.
