I hate to admit it but this lifestyle is literally so cancerous, the earlier you spot this the better it'll be in the long run physically and mentally for you, luckily I got myself out of it these last 2 years I lived like this for years, granted it's something I felt like I had to do to not take a traditional career path but there are a lot of people who live like this and do bare minimum/nothing at all the longer you live like this the more depressed, anxious, angry, out of shape, and out of touch you'll be with life
