Over the past two days, @theGFCE has worked with @giz_gmbh, @ecowas_cedeao Commission and member states to explore how #cyber CBMs can work as a cyber security & diplomacy tool in the region. Following discussions and a #ttx, 18 CBMs were proposed in this important first step👏
At the launch of a Joint Platform for Advancing Cyber Security in #Abuja by @giz_gmbh & @ecowas_cedeao, #theGFCE presented its efforts on coordinating global #cybercapacitybuilding & adopting #cyber CBMs in ECOWAS. We look forward to our workshop on CBMs in ECOWAS from 13-14 Sep.
Yesterday at @RightsCon, the GFCE hosted a workshop alongside @OAS_Official, @GAC_Corporate and @DiplomacyEdu to discuss ethical considerations that underpin #cybercapacitybuilding projects, ranging from meaningful #inclusion, #sustainability to #gender equality. 👏
