Крылатые ракеты, которыми РФ ударила по Украине в минувший четверг, разрушив жилой дом в Киеве, были произведены в этом году с использованием западных компонентов. В частности, в этих ракетах обнаружены чипы американских брендов, а также продукция немецких, нидерландских и других компаний, пишет Financial Times. Издание отмечает, что РФ значительно нарастила производство крылатых ракет после 2022 года. В 2024 году выпуск некоторых ракет был в восемь раз выше довоенного уровня. Но, несмотря на резкое расширение производства, Москва по-прежнему зависит от западных технологий в ряде ключевых сфер, включая микроэлектронику. Поскольку многие такие товары подпадают под экспортный контроль США, часть из них теперь производится в Китае. «Контролировать соблюдение экспортных ограничений сложно: после продажи западными компаниями товары могут перепродаваться третьими сторонами российским покупателям. Некоторые компоненты, найденные в российских ракетах, также оказались подделками — китайские фабрики производили копии западных изделий», — говорится в публикации. Вместе с тем то же издание сообщило, что на этой неделе генсек НАТО Марк Рютте намерен призвать европейские оборонные компании увеличить инвестиции и нарастить производство. Компании также попросили предоставить информацию о крупных инвестициях и возможностях расширения производства, особенно в таких сферах, как системы ПВО и ракеты большой дальности. Это совершенно потрясающая ситуация. РФ пятый год наращивает производство своих самых современных ракет с использованием западных компонентов. Более того, она работает с Китаем над замещением этих компонентов, фактически проводя испытания в боевых условиях. Эффективно контролировать собственные санкции Запад не способен. А в НАТО только сейчас собираются призвать оружейные компании увеличить производство. В чём-то Дональд Трамп, конечно, прав.
