@Fanatyk_ @SaitanRavano Pracuję w kadrach, zwolnienia 6 tygodni do przodu to nic szczególnego i sporo dłuższe widziałem. Inni lekarze mimo że wiadomo, że pracownika nie będzie co najmniej 3 miesiące to wystawiają krótsze. Zależy chyba jak lekarzowi się widzi i jak praktykuje.

@SaitanRavano A zgłaszałaś lekarzowi charakter pracy? Poza tym z góry na 6 tygodni nie za bardzo mogą wystawiać, tygodniowe-dwu tygodniowe przeważnie dają i przy następnej kontroli przedłużają.

Another reason is swords are a sidearm. A soldier carries a spear into battle, but not into market. A hunter strings his bow in the forest, but not on the road. When things go wrong, when there's a raid or an ambush, the guy with the sword is ready. Also true with knives, which feel less legendary or heroic, but I think it's part of the reason for the legend.

@Mag70538319 @madziamf @DrKermitHouse Jak ja pracowałem w szpitalu (kadry) to chirurdzy robili całe miesiące uśpienia bez anestezjologa, mimo, że był dyżurze telefonicznym. Zapytanie dlaczego, stwierdzili, że chcą żeby pacjent się jeszcze obudził a jak ten anestezjolog zrobi to marne szanse.

@jan_czura @wirtualnapolska Mój informator o liczbie chorych na SOR twierdził, że w chwili przyjścia chłopca do szpitala nie było nikogo wymagającego pilnej interwencji chirurgicznej. Czy ktoś nie został załatwiony terminowo dlatego, że dziecku wykonano krótki zabieg ?

@marcin_jelen @rzegrzxg poważny zabieg może wciągnąć dekady składek jak nie więcej co im się wogóle nie opłaca. NFZ nie jest idealny i zdecydowanie przydałby się lepsze rozwiązania, ale prywatyzacja służby zdrowia w ten sposób spowoduje tylko burdel podobny do tego w USA.

War could be over in '39 or '40. You do know that Soviet and Nazi were allied, before Nazi invaded Soviet Union, right?

@WJPlagus @Tyras_Mikhail Male chickens don't lay eggs and you tend to get more of them than needed for fertilizing next generation. May as well eat them. Hens stop laying eggs eventually. No point keeping them alive past that point, may as well have a hen for dinner (you probably want to boil it).

@Alicia__Angela @Tyras_Mikhail The family would eat whole chicken (albeit more likely boiled especially if it was hen after it stoped laying eggs) each time they ate chicken, since well if you killed it what else you gonna do? It's not like you go and buy chicken parts. If it happened it would be rare.
