@ValentinTrades Basically, when it goes up every day all the time it is "sick", best trader ever. If not then "garbage". Ok.

$TSLA I seriously hate this name from the bottom of my heart.
Prob even net red this year on $TSLA, just absolute bullshit PA every f*cking day. 1 clean day out of 10.
Every time I decide to give it another chance I just get smoked. Completely changed the PA since late Dec 2025.
Still up decent on the week/month thanks to $QQQ but crazy thinking I can't pull 2 good trades now on what used to be my daily driver for years.

$QQQ + $8,400
Breaking the red Friday curse. Been pretty sick so barely trading this week, sick short opp on whole market.
Tougher market conditions overall but whats been really helpful is trading less and only hitting the clean PA days.
I have a small checklist of things I need to see at the open in order to trade, if it's not full then I simply walk and come back tomorrow. Whereas before I felt like I had to trade every single day.
Simple yet the most effective change I've done in months.

@ValentinTrades I have a few names like this. I literally cannot win with them but for some reason I can't stop trading them lol. Best to just ignore them.

@yourdailystew It did but I noticed the shift in PA in late December. Though 0dte def made it worse

@ValentinTrades dat daily 0DTE really made this thing a bitch now imo

@mikoaodu @tradersync Don’t really measure burnout in a specific way but just the feeling Im getting when trading/studying/looking at charts.
English

@ValentinTrades @tradersync Interesting shift.
Asset adaptation + lower frequency + larger size on conviction days.
Do you treat burnout as a measurable regime trigger, or mostly subjective?
Fatigue tends to alter sizing tolerance before execution discipline breaks.

Wrapping up February - ✅
Extremely challenging month.
• WR: 28.00%
• Profit/Loss Ratio: 3.25 : 1
• Avg # Trades: 2.27
Can't remember the last time I've had such low # of trades, been years. Main reason being the complete U turn my playbook took.
$TSLA as I have known it for years, for the most part, stopped following the patterns I track and pretty much built my whole playbook around. There has been a massive shift since late Dec as I mentioned in my last recap but this month has been the icing on the cake.
I'm seeing completely new patterns there, charts I cannot compare to anything else from before so I had to take my focus elsewhere as I would just give $$ back.
I've found the price action on $QQQ to be much cleaner and consistent so that's what I've been mainly trading in Feb. Happy with the results so far.
Been completely avoiding days where I have low to no conviction & pushing more size on the days where I have good reads, compared to just reducing size like before. Ended up having multiple 5 fig round trips, which if locked, would've been a PR month so I'm happy with how I'm adapting so far, potential is there.
Been planning on taking a break for a bit as I've been feeling extremely burnt out, we'll see how next month starts and if I manage to lock in a few bangers early I'll be taking some time off.
Excited for March.

@Trade_Velocity Absolutely and just try to max out clean PA days like this one.
English

@ValentinTrades You're not washed. Price action has been choppy and rotational since January — every breakout fades, every dip bounces into nothing. Hard to get clean continuation in either direction. Trading less in this environment is the right call.

$QQQ +$9,007
Sick long opp, decreased size drastically off open with 2 platform restarts cause of lag so technically a pretty big fumble.
Hasn't been an easy month, I struggle to find clean setups and clean PA back 2 back so been trading less & only so when PA is to my liking.
Whole market hasn't felt the same since the beginning of the year, thought it was only for Jan but no. Just in terms of how moves happen and how price action across the board is, can't really explain it in short but every move feels different.
Anyone else feel the same way or I'm just washed?

English

@bobrossa6 I only held partials up there but after that fat reversal my target was HOD break.
English

@ValentinTrades Bro, how did you have the conviction to grab a long near the lows and hold for so much higher?
I only caught the small chunk from 602-603....Simply didnt expect 606 to get tagged haha.
