@Garysarratt @joeroganhq Her argument is that boys are being exploited. Republicans would then by definition be benefiting unfairly from those boys. However, if you make the case that those boys are benefiting from Republican ideology, then it would counter her "exploitation" claim.

@notcee_fan I'm not religious, but if there is ID in the wallet, I return it to the owner. If not, I turn it in to the police. Respect other people's property, if you want them to respect yours. The whole thing seems suspicious though, you can't even fold a wallet with that much money.

@pureMetatron In real life, it somewhere between tacky and ghoulish depending on the circumstances, but it's in our culture. Are we ending revenge movies? No westerns, no Avengers (as Ironman said, they aren't the Pre-vengers), no James Bond, and Scorsese would be done as a director.

I'm gonna die on this hill. Charlie Kirk dies, people laugh and dance. Rob Reiner dies, people laugh and dance. Now Robert Muller died, Trump says he is glad he is dead. Trump will die, people will be dancing and celebrating. Biden will die, people will be dancing and celebrating. Can we make it a thing where it's just morally wrong to celebrate death? It's inappropriate, petty, vindictive and morally out of place. We need to be better than this as a nation and a people.

@ValiantSquirrel @PeriklesGREAT Well many other religions including Christianity say not to murder. They say to seek and save the lost, not seek and destroy nonbelievers. Have wars been fought over Christianity, sure, but there are no instructions to kill nonbelievers in the new testament anywhere.

@McCormickProf I think the part you are missing in your comparison is the murder aspect. People were cheering on the murder of someone who said things they didn't like.

When Charlie Kirk was murdered, those of us on the conservative side rightly chastised those of our political adversaries who cheered and celebrated his death. We accused them--again rightly--of shameful callousness and of polluting public discourse and coarsening social life. What President Trump does here merits the same chastisement, for the same reasons.

@trumplicans2024 The situation matters. If you are surrounded by police, why would you hit back? Let them handle the situation. If you are surrounded by the bully's friends, you run. If you are alone, absolutely defend yourself. If they are dumb enough to do it around your friends...
