😭 My Goat decided to add ghee in fire. She said Smriti should lead in ODI and Test format and some youngster should be given opportunity to lead in t20 Maybe Jemi or shafali. People with brain will have no issue with this either. Harman received the t20 captaincy at age of 27 after 7 years of her debut but smriti is of age nearly 30 and she debut in 2013. Although i believe smriti is ready to lead in all format so should be given opportunity to lead t20 atleast for 2-5 years in that time smriti can groom someone. Jemi’s record in t20 world cup are very bad she has played only 2 good knock rest she has drop stinker after stinker so giving her captaincy is not great idea atm.
