My initial tier list and predictions based on rosters alone (Are they all announced?) for the LCO so far. - Subject to change but at this stage I think it all aligns with my expectations. The good news is that in 2023 the average player skill does seem to have improved.

The big notes: Peace can (and I'd expect them to) change easily to be higher but so far I haven't seen/heard enough to have high hopes just yet. Chiefs are just 2022 Ord + Chf combined so they can't miss DW honestly no clue what to expect, they may rinse everyone
