Firefighters were able to safely bring one adult male and one dog to shore. Neither suffered any injuries.

Mountain View Fire & Rescue, Puget Sound Fire, VRFA, and South King Fire & Rescue responded to a river rescue call in the 19000 Green Valley Rd.

One patient was transported to a nearby hospital and the other had no reported injuries.

At around 13:42 Valley Regional Fire Authority responded to reports of an aircraft accident in to a construction site on the 400 block of 15th ST SW in Auburn. They were joined by additional crews from VRFA, Auburn PD, King County Medic One, and South King Fire.

VRFA crews are on location of a vehicle into a building at 3rd Ave SE and Pacific Ave SE in Pacific. One person has been transported to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center.

UPDATE 5: Southbound SR 167 is OPEN between S 212th St in Kent & 15th St NW in Auburn. Northbound SR 167 remains CLOSED in this area due to water on the roadway. Our crews are placing sandbags and pumping water off the roadway. There is no ETA for reopening NB SR 167 lanes.

The Filipino American Community of Puget Sound in Algona (103 6th Ave N) is also offering a warm location. Alpac Elementary School (310 Milwaukee Blvd N) parking lot is available in addition to restrooms. Sandbags are available at 224 County Line Road

Sharing on behalf of City of Pacific. The city has the Senior Center and the gym at the Pacific Community Center (100 3rd Ave SE). This is a warm location serving coffee and breakfast. Auburn Community and Events Center (910 9th ST SE) is open with Red Cross resources available.

Both directions of SR 167 are closing in Kent & Auburn due to water on the roadway. The closure is from S 212th St (mp 22) to 15th Street NW (mp 16). Multiple on- and off-ramps also closing in this area. WSDOT is working w/ local partners & will assess conditions Sunday 12/14.

Both lanes of northbound Auburn Way N are closed between 49th St and S 277th St. Traffic will be detoured to westbound 49th St NE to B St NW.

49th St NE to 277th will remain closed in the Northbound lanes. Please find alternative routes. Response teams will remain on scene to continue to monitor the situation.

Crews are currently on scene in the 5100 block of Auburn Way N responding to reports of strong gas odors in the area. The Department of Ecology and the EPA are assisting alongside local crews. While the odor remains noticeable, there is no current threat to the public.

UPDATE: On SR 167 northbound at SR 18 (MP 15) there is a collision blocking the 2 right lanes. Incident Response, State Patrol and fire crews are on scene. We are expecting this to be a lengthy closure, with traffic backed up 3+ miles.

Crews are in the 12400 block of W Main St in Auburn for a 2 alarm fire in a commercial building. Heavy smoke in the area while crews work. No injuries have been reported.

Fire is under control and crews will remainon scene to extinguish any hot spots. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Crews are on location of a small passenger plane that landed in an empty field in the 3100 block of Milwaukee Blvd N near Alpac Elementary. No injuries to plane occupants.
