The Government of India seems to think it can bury criticism of its handling of student protests by ramping up its Instagram and X presence. What it doesn’t seem to realize is that this generation grew up on social media. If you try to fight Gen Z on the platforms they know best, don’t be surprised if they outmaneuver you. You don’t win trust with better PR. You win it by listening, engaging, and addressing people’s concerns. If the strategy is social media instead of dialogue, that’s a losing game.

I think the Modi government has lost its way. Using facial recognition, cutting off internet access, threatening students with passport cancellations, and even preventing people from feeding protesting students-against your own youth, the future of the country. How drunk with power can a government become? If this continues, I believe Gen Z will remember it. Governments ultimately derive their legitimacy from the people, and no government should mistake power for a permanent entitlement.

To take the right corrective measures soon, understanding that adversaries and anti-india cabal have infiltrated SM companies with insiders.
