I pulled a clip of Chris Kreider talking about increasing his scoring by using analytical percentages. Curtesy of @EmptyNettersPod. Last night, he showed us what he's talking about. Players, work on adjusting to pucks for one timers. Coaches, incentivize one timers in session.

Kreider specifically studied the expected scoring percentage off of passes across the slot line. Single slot line pass to quick release: 33% chance Double slot line pass to quick release: 66% chance Double slot line pass to release = highest goal percentage in hockey.

The #Flames have locked in their bench 🔥 Assistant coaches Trent Cull, Dave Lowry, Cail MacLean, and Jamie Pringle (video), along with goaltending coach Jason LaBarbera, have all signed two-year extensions, joining head coach Ryan Huska, who inked his deal earlier this season.
