@geosweet_ @Death_n_Gaming Tier lists, since inception, are assuming that the person using the character is playing at the highest level possible and not making any mistakes. People just aren’t playing like that until very high level, that’s not a shot at low elo players, just the truth.

@Death_n_Gaming You guys have to stop saying this. It’s bad rhetoric. Balance affects everyone equally overall. The casual players all the way up. You guys treat “low elo” players like shit in a bucket, when in reality they just lack hero shooter nuance and a majority are new to the genre.

Marvel Rivals is actually a really fun game, and balance issues truly only become super noticeable in high celestial. Up until then you can play whatever you want and have a good time. Players just obsess too much about balance when the lower you are, the less it affects you.

This is GOOD but only if they take away elo if you win with cheaters too. Or everyone's rank will be boosted and it will just end up like Overwatch where no one is the rank they should be because of flawed systems of cheater compensation. Valorant does it the right way; you get the rank taken away when you win with cheaters and get your rank back against cheaters. It's most healthy this way.

@ValsVidya Maybe I'll be wrong then. I just don't believe Rivals would put themselves through a PR nightmare for one rage hacker weekend. Rivals players freak out at skins with ugly glasses and the slightest inconvenience, so it's hard to imagine them accepting kernel level anti cheat.

Overall view: - Destiny 2 probably should have ended with Final Shape with Destiny 3 already incubating - If Destiny 2 was going to keep existing, it shouldn't have been what we got, which was badly handled - Marathon siphoned a ton of resources and there is no disputing that
