Tony from @Roguesracing_ is spot on about syndicates forced to run every horse under a different name. I've gone on about this from day 1, it makes no sense whatsoever and hinders accountability. Overall results can't be checked or seen by the public, each horse has a different VAT number and bank account "we have 30 Weatherbys accounts!" whilst it cost approx £380 for the privilege of setting every new syndicate up. One racing name, one bank account, one VAT number, one papertrial. Every penny in and out can then be seen and checked by the likes of the @BHAHorseracing. It needs to change.

I've had a small share with Deva before, and I don't think Ryan would do this on purpose. I think he was easily led and someone had gotten into his ear about buying and buying and buying and they never had the members to do it, so he used the successful horses to fund the less successful horses by seemingly oversubscribing the shares. He would always be messaging saying I've got this horse available, or I can do you no training fees for a few months if you can get involved quickly etc. I don't think it was malicious, I think he just got into a trap of losing money and trying to find quick ways to get out of it. I hope all the current connections who still have horses with Deva get there money back

A Group 1-winning syndicate have been barred from running horses in Britain after multiple allegations were made against them, including not paying their members thousands of pounds in prize-money winnings
