Hi @VanMoof having an error 17 on my S3. Followed all the steps provided but no luck. Now I want to book a repair request and first available option is on 22 August. I can't wait this long. I need this bike for my daily work. Please help me. 🙏

@VanMoof My s5 came after a 2 month delay. After I put it together, unfortunately no motor support and boost button doesn't work either. First possible date for appointment in a partner workshop: 07 September. Another two months before i can drop it off. Great first impression
