Interesting speculation from Anas Alhajji. One objective of the current Iran conflict could have been control over the Strait of Hormuz. To bring it in line with American control of the Red Sea entrances and the Panama canal. Thus making American energy products more attractive to buyers.

@Rainmaker1973 My first computer in 1982 was a TI-99/4A. I learned basic coding and created a game of checkers for 2 players. It was mostly 'if, then, else'. The data was stored on a cassette tape that took several minutes to load before we could play. Fantastic learning experience.

Quebec is moving ahead with plans to recognize “fromage en grains du Québec” (cheese curds) as a controlled designation.
If adopted, the milk would have to come from Quebec and the curds made there too. If you're outside Quebec, you’re basically out of luck.
