‘gentle giants with a good heart’ don’t murder a young man on an outback road. They don’t assault and take captive a terrified woman. They don’t rape a twelve-year old girl and her mother. They don’t withhold evidence that could mean a grieving family can finally bury their son.

Oh my! The lack of dignity, wisdom and grace of the US President is a sight to behold. I keep thinking of Hans Christian Andersen’s The Emperor’s New Clothes. If only this was a fairytale. But the danger is very real.
