Oh my God! As if I wasn't already hyped enough for this adaptation! It's a wonderful book, and based on the reviews I've seen, this movie is right up my alley.

@aimeebalthazar @allgarbled Ones got to realize yes it'll flag content as ai when it fits the probabilistic stylistic distribution when people ask the bot to just fire a report without any guides or edits or source research material but it can be very different with a more refined approach

@aimeebalthazar @allgarbled I've used it a month or so ago and I usually don't fret much about all of it but I was trying something where I had created a voice skill on Claude and created an editor with certain rules on Claude code after I've given an outline and the work generated was never flagged as ai

@allgarbled @1bit2far one has unfortunately got to exercise a tiny bit of discretion with longer form text not posted on social media it definitely involves a tiny bit of cognitive tax.

@allgarbled @1bit2far Unfortunately I've been forced to hold my opinion on a lot of serious folks and their social media posting have seen so many senior econ acadamecians post content very clearly generated by ai partly down by algorithms boosting reach for this sort of content?

Please read non anglosphere works from non dominant cultures and such writing is fairly common! And pray tell me the model used

@1bit2far @allgarbled It definitely isn't AI! Granta and it's published works also have thus uncanny tone that sounds not familiar in phrasing or what one considers ai like. Partly down to translations and partly down to work being from less engaged cultures.
