Sendgrid was founded in 2009 and there are more email services now: - resend → good dx, free 3k emails/mo, or $0.0004/email - zeptomail → from Zoho team, $0.00025/email (cheapest I've found) - plunk → open source, free 1k emails/month, or $0.001/email - cloudflare email → $0.00035/email, transactional emails only - mailgun → free 100 emails/day, or $0.00075/email. it's among the oldest email provider, beside sendgrid and amazon ses. all services above (except cloudflare) have email template functionality. zepto is the cheapest but @resend is a good bet if you just want to start. plunk (what i use now) is open source and you can self-host. what did i miss?

@problem9 @wzulfikar Yes I compared ses and zepto mail Somehoe I'm using zeptomail from zoho which is good. But they mentioned it for transactional only. Ses i was using for cold email marketing as well. One more new email service found @unosendco Its in very beginning stage so lot of bugs found

@VarunDeva @wzulfikar So why not to use it directly? Aws SES has nice UX upgrades in the past, like email auto validation (cheapest what I found), tenants, deliverability adviser, mail manager with policies etc.

Why is nobody talking about this? NVIDIA is giving developers free access to ~80 hosted AI models via API. Models include: • MiniMax M2.7 • GLM 5.1 • Kimi 2.5 • DeepSeek 3.2 • GPT-OSS-120B • Sarvam-M …and more. Works with Cursor, Zed, OpenCode, Hermes, OpenClaude, etc. Setup: 1. Get API key → build.nvidia.com/models 2. Use base URL: "integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1" 3. Choose model ID (example: `minimaxai/minimax-m2.7`) 4. Plug into your AI IDE / app If you're experimenting with AI apps, this is basically free inference. Most builders have no idea this exists. Thank me later.

A Rust dev just killed Headless Chrome. It's called Obscura. The open-source headless browser purpose-built for AI agents and scrapers at scale. Chrome vs Obscura: - Memory: 200MB+ → 30MB - Binary: 300MB+ → 70MB - Page load: 500ms → 85ms - Startup: 2s → Instant - Anti-detect: None → Built-in Single binary. No Node, no Chrome, no dependencies. Stealth mode is brutal: → Per-session fingerprint randomization (GPU, canvas, audio, battery) → 3,520 tracker domains blocked by default → navigator.webdriver masked to match real Chrome → Native function masking so detectors can't sniff it out Drop-in replacement for Puppeteer and Playwright over CDP. Zero code changes. If you run agents or serious scraping at scale, this repo prints money. 100% Opensource.

Someone built a free, open-source CleanMyMac alternative with zero telemetry. And it is fully native SwiftUI. It's called PureMac. And it does everything CleanMyMac does for the most common cleaning tasks. For $0. Here is the problem with every existing macOS cleaner: CleanMyMac: $39.99 per year. Tracks your usage. Sends data home. MacCleaner Pro: $29.99 one time. Closed source. DiskDiag: Limited. Not automated. Every other option: ads, telemetry, or a subscription. PureMac has none of that. Here is what it handles: -> Xcode derived data, archives, and simulators (devs: you know how fast this grows) -> Homebrew cache that bloats silently over months -> System caches and logs that macOS never cleans itself -> Scheduled automatic cleaning. Set it once. Forget it. Built entirely in native SwiftUI. Menu bar integration. Progress indicators. Dedicated settings and scheduling views. No AppKit hacks. No Electron. A real Mac app. What you will never find in it: -> Zero telemetry -> Zero analytics -> Zero subscriptions -> Zero data collection The developer built this because every available tool either charged money or phoned home. So he built one that does neither. MIT License. Open Source. Free.

🚨 S3 is no longer just Object Storage. Yesterday (April 7, 2026), AWS officially launched Amazon S3 Files. This is the biggest update to S3 in 20 years. It can: → Mount S3 buckets as native file systems → Provide sub-millisecond file access → Handle POSIX permissions (UID/GID) natively → Connect to Lambda, EC2, and EKS directly → Eliminate the need for s3fs or data staging Your AI agents can read/write to S3 like a local disk, while your data team access the same objects via API. DevOps just got a massive upgrade. Source: share.google/ts8JORn6SURzwM…

🚨 Screen Studio charges $89 for this. Someone open sourced the entire thing for free. It's called OpenScreen. 8,400+ GitHub stars. You record your screen. It automatically transforms it into a polished, professional demo video. Auto-zoom into clicks. Smooth cursor animations. Motion blur. Custom backgrounds with wallpapers, gradients, and shadows. Webcam overlays. Annotations. Timeline editing. Export in any aspect ratio. The exact workflow that Screen Studio sells for $89 and Loom sells as a subscription. Free. No watermarks. No accounts. No subscriptions. Here's what you get out of the box: → Full screen or window capture with system audio and mic → Automatic zoom that follows your cursor and clicks → Manual zoom with customizable depth and timing → Smooth motion blur on pan and zoom transitions → Animated cursor rendering with motion effects → Webcam bubble overlay with drag-and-drop positioning → Wallpapers, solid colors, gradients, or custom backgrounds → Text and arrow annotations layered over recordings → Timeline trimming and variable speed segments → Crop, resize, and export in any resolution or aspect ratio → Save and reopen projects anytime Here's the wildest part: A developer forked it and built an even more advanced version called Recordly. Full cursor animation pipeline. Native macOS and Windows recording. Zoom behavior that mirrors Screen Studio frame-for-frame. Audio tracks. Webcam overlays with zoom-reactive scaling. Both are free. Both are MIT licensed. Both work on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Download. Record. Export. Done. 100% Open Source. MIT License. (Link in the comments)
