@joegibbs98 @granawkins IIRC the expensive season 2 set burned down and being a joint project with the BBC a funding dispute began & it was considered a bigger headache than it was worth. Its one of those shows that wasnt properly appreciated until it was canceled

@granawkins I think the problem was that the intro sequence wasn’t very good and didn’t fit the show. Imagine if it had something bombastic like Game of Thrones, would’ve been 7 seasons of it

I believe the most likely scenario is using self-replicating VonNeumann probes to colonise other star systems, and effectively 3D print biological lifeforms, including humans, upon arrival.
