Happened to visit IMAX in Sky City, Borivali. One of the widest Imax I've visited with great FOV. Sound is good but bass felt to be on the neutral side, I watched Moana may be that's why. Seats are not that comfortable to sit on. Overall a cool experience

@trigguuuu Ranveer is stuck with his cheap superstitious and so called spiritual content. Either he himself has immense belief in such things or he is losing the game

my first remote job didn't come from an application. it came from a referral. from my gsoc mentor. nobody refers a stranger. they refer the person who showed up and shipped. open source isn't just code. it's the people who end up vouching for you. Reply "Guide" and I will share a doc on how you can start with open source.

@Speaks_Div Having a big budget and world class vfx studio does not guarantee great visuals, the director and cinematographer are equally responsible for it looks good but I don't think nitish tiwari was the best fit for the movie he will nail the core story but not sure about other things

Few Things I noticed in Today's #Ramayana Glimpse: 1. The costumes are insane. 2. The world building & character moments do look a little too polished, sometimes stealing from the authenticity, at times giving a too smooth motion, almost like it's shot for high FPS (IMAX HFR possibility?) 3. The Budget seems real but mostly occupied into CGI & VFX, some places which could've done with practical sets also use ton of CGI, comes out as a little overdone. 4. Character Dialogues are 0, so the intent/dialect or the presentation of the script can't be judged for now. 5. Trailer was Entirely 1.90:1, heavy emphasis on #FilmedForIMAX with a dedicated slide for it. Also a #DiscoverItAtDolbyCinema Tag is added. 6. I do see how a few were comparing it to Avatar franchise due to the VFX similarity in scale. 7. I personally will say that Avatar & Dune still look like a category above in terms of VFX (My opinion) 7. As this was a glimpse, it really gave a feel of clips being put together with text based Dialogues instead of the clips flowing together naturally, the pacing was slow. Maybe to let people absorb things better. 8. It's Entirely made for 3D, many shots with focus on foreground, characters standing out, are definitely gonna look better in 3D. 9. Rakshas aren't that appealing in terms of body movements, again some choppiness. 10. The ending shot of Flying Viman, literally stole my heart ❤️ 11. I liked the music. Will keep on adding more with rewatches.

@GyanTherapy I think slightly reducing the background bokeh and adding some depth between foreground and background by making the light less flat will make it better🤔

He told you about Frontend Now, 🚨 As a Backend Engineer in 2026, please learn: - One Core Language (Java / Node.js / Go / Python — deeply, not just syntax) - Backend Fundamentals (HTTP, REST principles, request lifecycle, middleware, status codes) - Database Design (SQL, NoSQL, indexing, normalization, transactions, query optimization) - System Design Basics (scalability, load balancing, CAP theorem, consistency models) - API Design (REST, GraphQL, versioning, rate limiting, idempotency) - Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, sessions, RBAC, secure password storage) - Performance Optimization (caching with Redis, DB optimization, async processing, batching) - Web Security (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, HTTPS, hashing, secrets management) - Message Queues & Async Systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture) - Testing (unit, integration, API testing) - Build & Dependency Management (package managers, environment configs, versioning) - Version Control (Git, branching strategies, PR reviews, rebasing) - Logging & Monitoring (structured logs, metrics, alerting) - Error Handling & Resilience (retries, circuit breakers, fallbacks) - CI/CD (automated testing, deployments, pipelines) - Containerization & Deployment (Docker, basics of Kubernetes) - Cloud Basics (AWS/GCP/Azure core services, storage, compute) - Data Handling (file uploads, streaming, pagination, large datasets) - Architecture Patterns (monolith vs microservices, when to use what) - Framework Internals (understand how your chosen backend framework actually works) Pick ONE stack and Stop jumping between stacks.
SumitM@SumitM_X

As a Frontend Engineer in 2026, please learn: - JavaScript & TypeScript (deeply, not just syntax) - Responsive Design (CSS, Flexbox, Grid, Container Queries) - Performance Optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, tree shaking, memoization, Core Web Vitals) - Web Security (CORS, XSS, CSRF, Content Security Policy, secure cookies) - Testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) - Build Tools (Vite, Webpack basics, Babel, bundling strategies) - Version Control (Git, PR workflows, rebasing) - Browser DevTools & Debugging - Accessibility (WCAG, ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen readers) - Progressive Web Apps (PWA) - Component Architecture (composition, Atomic Design, HOCs, hooks patterns) - Micro Frontends (when and when not to use them) - API Integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, caching, error handling) - CI/CD for Frontend (automated builds, previews, deployments) - Browser Rendering & DOM Performance - State Management (Redux, Zustand, signals, server state vs client state) - Framework Internals (e.g. React Fiber, Angular Ivy ) - UX/UI Collaboration (design systems, Figma handoff, accessibility audits) - WebAssembly (Wasm) Pick ONE framework/library. Stop jumping from one framework to another.
