@adacrow Whoa man! Watch the eyeballs! What are you doing????
English

@TheOneLanceB @karunpal Jack of all trades aces of none paradoxically sees the big picture at the cost of competition with the myopic. It’s a preference for what one does with their time: generalist or specialist? Or split life up into practices of both to compare/contrast.
English

Here are two totally contradictory reads, but both are worthwhile.
Which author is right?
-Derek Sivers on How to Live (full read: sive.rs/htl08)
-This is Enough by @karunpal

English

@bungarsargon 😂😂😂😂😂😂 how to not be taken seriously in one word.
English

@elonmusk This is history for retards. Cooperation has ALWAYS been a critical part of human development. Only mental midgets would watch this clip and say, “oh yeah, tell me more.”
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons 😂😂😂😂😂😂 thanks for the low IQ contribution! “Do nothing! Remove liquidity from the system! Watch wealth inequality expand! Let’s have a bloody revolution! All I can do is defend oligarchs because I’m brainwashed!” Thanks for playing!
English

@VaughanMerrick @jayplemons Listen up pea brain. Any half-wit can make a critique. The streets are full of mid-wits complaining and making half-thought claims (like you). When confronted with having to offer a solution, they (and you) make superflous and vapid statements. You're a dime a dozen.
English

David Friedberg explains the “spiral of socialism”
government spending demands higher taxes, higher taxes drain economic activity and shrink the tax base, the shrinking tax base deepens deficits, and the cycle quietly pushes society toward socialism before anyone notices.
@friedberg “As you raise taxes, you end up losing the tax base, and it becomes a deficit spiral. That’s what leads to socialism…
Socialism emerges slowly. It’s like a quiet sort of hum, and then it becomes a roar.”
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons Yeah maybe you should look into the Haitian Revolution, the Russian Revolution or the French Revolution. Watch out for what you wish for. And think before you speak.
English

@VaughanMerrick @jayplemons “either we do wealth transfer or you put your money to work to elevate the velocity of money. Your choice.”
It's official...you're a retard. Now fuck off
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons The state can provide an incentive structure that says, “either we do wealth transfer or you put your money to work to elevate the velocity of money. Your choice.” It’s not that complicated but “what about the 2nd order effects?!” Don’t be a moron & you won’t get lectured like 1.
English

@VaughanMerrick @jayplemons Ummm...do you imagine there are incentive structures that could be implemented without state involvement? Stop being an asshat and just engage in the topic
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons Yeah, I know what you asked. It was a question that required zero imagination on your part. The you want to ask yourself is “what incentive structure would encourage people to not hoard?” and if you use a little imagination, it doesn’t have to be high taxes.
English

@VaughanMerrick @jayplemons It's not complicated. You made a claim about negative effects of wealth hoarding. Whether or not I agree with that claim is irrelevant. I simply asked how you think the state should prevent hoarding (since no one is doing it voluntarily) and what the 2nd order effects would be.
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons And btw, thanks for adding nothing to the discussion except uninformed, low IQ tropes as responses. “But what about the 2nd order effects of a hypothetical policy you didn’t prescribe?!” Idiot. And you insist on further contributing nothing substantive.
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons What are the 2nd order effects of hoarding? Historically when wealth inequality becomes extreme, very wealthy people tend to find their heads in buckets or perched on top of a fence. Don’t be a complete idiot. Those people have a self preservation choice to make.
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons I answered the question. I realize that you lack the sophistication to understand the answer. Go fishing at a fishing hole where nobody knows what they’re talking about.
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons Dipshit, hoarding money decelerates the velocity of money and slows economic growth. Get a major in economics before you start talk about shit you don’t understand. “Oh but I heard it from Dinesh D’Souza!” Don’t comment on topics you don’t understand.
English

@VaughanMerrick @jayplemons Stop sniffing your own farts and answer the question
English

@gp_bingo @jayplemons Before I answer that “gotcha” question, are you endorsing hoarding when it’s bad for consumption that comprises 70% of GDP? Or are you just licking conservative talking point balls without thinking through the problem?
English

@VaughanMerrick @jayplemons Lets test your IQ. How does a state prevent hoarding and what are the 2nd order effects of your solution?
English

@VaughanMerrick @jayplemons OMG. Hoarding. What a cartoonish take
English
