As an Iranian who stayed connected through Starlink during the total internet blackout, I want to wholeheartedly confirm what President Trump just said: "The Iranian people want to be free. They have lived in a world that you know NOTHING about." For 47 years, my people have endured systematic torture, rape, murder, humiliation, anxiety, suppression, and grief under the Islamic Republic. It’s been a long, grinding suffering — punctuated by brutal spikes like the January protests, mass executions, and now war. The world has no idea of the scale or depth of these horrors. Only when this evil regime finally falls will the full truth pour out — in quality and quantity that will shock humanity. We have now reached a point where almost no cost is too great if it rids us of this regime. Because the cost of it staying in power is infinitely higher. If you’re reading this and you can’t understand how any Iranian could feel relief at their own country losing a war and getting bombed… I envy you. You have never lived what we have lived. You have never watched your people, friends, family, and loved ones get tortured, raped, or killed almost daily and over half a century. You have never seen an entire nation slowly but brutally suffocated like this. We tried every alternative imaginable: massive protests, dissent, peaceful reform, negotiations — everything. None of it worked. The regime’s answer has always been bullets, gallows, and more terror. Now, less than 24 hours before Trump’s deadline, I write this with a heavy heart from inside Iran: Whatever happens next — if there is still an Iran left to save and this regime is gone — the Iranian people will be happy with the result. No matter the cost. Because the cost of the regime remaining is higher, and for many of us, death itself is preferable to another day under this nightmare. This is the true sentiment of the majority of Iranians — the voice of a people who often have no internet, no platform, and no way to be heard. The world will soon understand why we say: Anything to be free. Anything to end this evil. #IranMassacre#IranRevolution2026

Aid to countries that systematically abuse human rights should be stopped altogether.
Jim Chimirie 🇬🇧@JChimirie66677

The Cheques Go Out. The Men Arrive. The Women Pay the Price. The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office published its aid allocations without apology or embarrassment. Afghanistan receives £192 million. Somalia £143 million. Yemen £142 million. Sudan £141 million. Nigeria £138 million. The Treasury writes the cheques. The Foreign Secretary insists the money saves lives. Neither of them will say what the figures actually represent. Afghanistan is governed by a regime that in April 2024 announced the enforcement of stoning and flogging for women accused of adultery. The UN's own Special Rapporteur describes a system of institutionalised discrimination amounting to gender apartheid. Girls are banned from secondary education. Women have been stripped from public life by decree. Britain sends £192 million a year, routed through NGOs the Taliban has simultaneously banned women from working for, which rather defeats the stated purpose. Somalia ranks second on the Open Doors World Watch List for Christian persecution, behind only North Korea. Christians identified in the country face torture or death. Women and girls face forced marriage and sexual violence as instruments of social control. The Somali parliament has repeatedly failed to pass legislation on FGM and sexual violence. Britain sends £143 million. Yemen, where FGM affects up to 84 percent of women and girls in some governorates, and where apostasy carries the death penalty, receives £142 million. Sudan, which has 15 million women and girls who have undergone FGM, receives £141 million. Nigeria, whose northern states operate sharia courts with apostasy laws punishable by death, and where 14 million women and girls have undergone FGM, receives £138 million. Five of the ten top recipients of British aid appear in the Open Doors top ten for Christian persecution. The government knows this. The figures are its own. The same government presides over the Channel. Between 2018 and 2024, 147,568 people arrived illegally by small boat. Of those for whom data was recorded, 76 percent were males aged 18 to 39. In 2024, the leading nationalities were Afghans, Syrians and Iranians. In the first half of 2025, 70 percent of those crossing were young males from Afghanistan, Sudan and Iran. They arrive without verified documents. They arrive without verified ages. They are processed at Manston and dispersed into communities across Britain, often into hotels operating with minimal supervision. The crime record is now a matter of parliamentary record. Louise Casey's report into rape gangs identified asylum seekers among those involved in the sexual exploitation of young British girls. The five nationalities most likely to cross the Channel saw a 110 percent increase in sexual offence convictions between 2021 and 2024. Foreign nationals account for one in seven sexual offence convictions while comprising one in ten of the population. In London, they account for over 40 percent of sexual assault charges while comprising 25 percent of the population. The Sun found 339 charges in six months across only half the asylum hotels in operation. The Mail on Sunday found 708 charges across a third. A YouGov poll found 93 percent of Britons support the deportation of illegal migrants convicted of rape and violent crime. Ninety-three percent. The highest rate of support was in Scotland, at 97 percent. The British public has arrived at a verdict. The political class is still writing the briefing notes. Britain is funding, at scale, some of the most repressive and misogynistic regimes on earth. Britain is simultaneously admitting, without adequate screening, large numbers of young men formed in those same societies. The connection is not complicated. The refusal to state it plainly is a political choice, made in the full knowledge of the consequences, and those consequences are being borne by British women. "Britain is funding some of the most repressive and misogynistic regimes on earth."

The left dont realise they are what they claim to hate and fight against - not allowing freedom of thought or freedom of speech is the biggest giveaway of a fascist organisation - The left are blind to the fact they are the n@zis - they are half way there already with their balaclavas scarfs and flags, a basic uniform is forming...

No. Read what I said. People on the left persistently ignore facts. I said nothing about intelligence. It is surprisingly common for intelligent people to refuse to take on board facts that conflict with their narratives. The lefties interviewed in this video are classic examples. youtu.be/C0YBl22PFh8?si…

RESTORATION 29 🇬🇧
RESTORATION 29 🇬🇧@darkskepticuk·
This is true. My 17 year old son is in a Restore WhatsApp group with his schoolmates. There were 4 of them in it in January, it now has 48 in it. My 2 daughters AND their husbands have joined Restore. My daughters both teach, husbands work as physicist, and a civil engineer. This is far reaching and a very broad church.

@Dykeocletian There is far more young support out there for Restore than you realise. Far more.

Whether legal immigrants bring a net benefit depends on which country they come from. Danish research shows that legal immigrants from the MENAPT countries are a net drain on the economy and also they are many times more likely to commit crimes. What is really interesting from the data is that second-generation immigrants from these countries have the worst per capita crime rates of all. Even those in work are not a benefit to the economy because they often have low-paid jobs, claim housing benefit, child benefit, etc. etc. They also bring over non-working dependents that have to be supported by us as well. Hence what the pay into the system ids dwarfed by what they take out. Please look at the actual statistics. They support what I am saying.

@Veeayvee1 @RedingRoyMP @darkskepticuk @reformparty_uk Hang on am trying to reply to you on one. You are raising a different point - yes mass unvetted immigration is a problem. Yes process faster and remove where appropriate. Immigrants themselves bring a net benefit by paying tax into the econ and working.

@Veeayvee1 @RedingRoyMP @darkskepticuk @reformparty_uk Twitter not best source for long chats :( 10-25% of all areas of NHS are immigrants. Stat's say overall they bring in more wealth. Also the cost of immigrants is fractional. I do agree migrant processing should be faster. Yet focus is red herring

But we don't need them. That is the point. We have had a mass wave of immigration, and the economy has remained static for 20 years. Also, there are plenty of stats showing that immigrants from certain countries are a drain on our economy and not a benefit. Please support your claims with evidence. I can support mine.

@Veeayvee1 @RedingRoyMP @darkskepticuk @reformparty_uk of immigrants while you vote in a system that needs them. In the 70s Japan had cheap labour - beat British co's. In 2000s China beats us. In the 2030s Africa will be the one. You vote right wing you get poverty in UK

@ahmtdlr_2506 @rich_toronto You are a massive liar, do you follow Islam? 20% of Israelis are Arab Muslims with the same rights as Jews. Also, check out the Hamas constitution, which declares their intention to kill Jews.

@rich_toronto Israel is a terrorist and Zionist state; it does not grant the right to life to peoples other than Jews. Today, it uses countries that serve its interests for its own benefit, just as it uses America today. It is an expansionist and genocidal criminal.

There are 17 countries in the Middle East (including Cyprus and Egypt, despite their ties to the EU and Africa respectively). Exactly two are considered democracies. Cyprus and Israel. In only 5 of them is homosexuality not illegal - Cyprus, Israel, Bahrain, Turkey and Jordan. 5 of these countries have the death penalty as a possible punishment for same sex acts, although only one actively uses it - Iran. Iran allows for marriage as young as 9. Saudi Arabia and Yemen have no fixed minimum. Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon and Libya allow it at 15. Israel is with a group of 5 countries with a minimum age of 18. All 17 have Christians and all 17 have Muslims. Israel has more Muslims than Bahrain and Cyprus. 9 of them have Jews living in them, but 4 of those have less than 100 Jews each. After Israel at 7.4M the next highest is Turkey at 14,000. Israel is the 6th smallest of the 17, yet has the 3rd highest total GDP and the second highest GDP per capita. Israel has won the 4th highest number of Olympic medals, and has the highest number of Nobel prize winners. Combined, the other 16 countries have won 2 more (16) Nobel prizes than Israel has (14). 14 of these countries have moderate to significant distinctions in laws between men and women. Israel has high equality with some differences in marriage and divorce. According to the 2026 World Happiness Report, Israel leads the Middle East as the 8th happiest globally. Next highest is UAE at 22nd. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen are numbers 139-142 respectively. And despite all of this, the Free-Palestine movement has managed to convince so many that Israel is an apartheid nation. That Israel is an evil nation. That Israel does norm”have the right to exist” / whatever that means. That Israel should be destroyed. Stop listening to the lies and propaganda. Look at the data. Look at the facts. Discover who’s who. Do some critical thinking. And let’s shut down the real threat, so that the world is safer for everyone.

Yes, I would because all of these people are socialists and socialists by definition are detached from reality. They do not use evidence to form their beliefs. They do not know the human psyche and the repeated failure of socialist experiments passes them by. Most people know that, given human nature, socialism is impossible, and the evidence has proved it, yet they continue in their beliefs. This detachment from reality allows them to ignore the reality of the barbarism of Islamic regimes, just as they have done with communist regimes.

If 5 years ago, somebody would have told you that in 5 years time, those who call themselves humanitarians would be defending radical Islam, suicide bombings, driving into a kindergarten with a truck full of explosives, the mass slaughter of protesters, daily hangings from cranes, systematic blinding in one or both eyes, medieval torture, forced confession, and total nationwide repression and internet blackout… Would you have believed them?

@Mr_Alex_Graham @Mark__Romaine @travelingflying A step in the right direction would be to introduce laws which prevent and state funding, charity status or recognition of any organisation, including religions, that do not respect human rights. Rights such as equality, freedom of religion and so on. Islam would fail the test.

@Mark__Romaine @travelingflying Easier said than done. The Civil Rights Act would prohibit any law or order that tried that approach. Legally we can deport or imprison individuals engaged in terrorism. The problem is Democrats are preventing it.

Yasmin Alibi-Brown said that White people have to integrate better with migrants: “I ask people, what attempt have you made to integrate with those who come into your society? Why don’t we tell more White people to integrate better?” The newcomers should be the ones to integrate.

That would help, but the problem is that Islam teaches that Muslims are superior and that everyone else either has to convert, pay taxes to Muslims or be killed. This is written in their foundational texts, and the Quran is the final word of God and must not be questioned or changed because that would be blasphemy, the penalty for which is death.

@travelingflying Yasmin is a Shia Muslim. Islam teaches that it is up to other people to integrate with Msulims not the other way round. This is why, if we do not want to become a Muslim country, the activities of Islam should be curtailed.

Islam is a religion that has no place in the modern world.
Yossi BenYakar@YossiBenYakar

t.co/2MVl4rfjz5 A senior Ayatollah in Iran has issued a clear Islamic ruling: Anyone who says they are not a Muslim must be beheaded. His exact words: “We will kill you, and we will kill you good.” This is straight from the highest religious authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Question: Is it “Islamophobic” to simply share their own words? Let the world hear it.
