Motion Is A Drug For Depression! One of the reasons I started doing Live Bootcamps was to train myself to ignore my mood There has never been a day I let my mood make me decide to hold a class or not No matter my mood for the day, the moment I gain motion, the mood gets ignored and I achieve All I do is wake up and work. Monday - Sunday. I don't let my mood get in my way. And I have witnessed a great improvement in my overall mood because accomplishments of any kind makes you happy. I can be hurting the most about anything or worried or just sad but I will never lay down idle and sob over it. I move and gain motion. As long as I am healthy and strong, to hell with my mood. I'll get stuff done. Motion is key!
