Leaving Betul after 3.4 years of a fruitful tenure. This was my first posting as DFO. Betul taught me everything from media management, crisis management, event management, a proactive attitude towards development work, a strong will for protection works, forest and wildlife management, political management, compassion for the tribal community, and the technical aspects of forestry, etc. Betul was a testing ground for my ideas and innovations. Betul gave wings to my dreams, and the people of Betul never let me down. From eco-tourism to skill development, Betul provided me with success stories everywhere. A truly memorable day for Tamil Nadu’s wildlife conservation journey. Today four major milestones projects were inaugurated by the Hon’ble Deputy CM Thiru @Udhaystalin 1. Tamil Nadu's first Wildlife Transit and Treatment Centre at Pettikuttai, built at a cost of Rs 19.5 crore over 53 hectares. A state of the art fully equipped facility with an operation theatre and 17 wildlife enclosures • Sadivayal Elephant Camp augmented at a cost of Rs 8 crore with the aim to improve care for elephants. • Digitisation of the Tamil Nadu Forest Archives Repository, housing over 150 years of irreplaceable forest records at a cost of Rs 2.6 crore • Empowering frontline staff with long-pending weapon upgrades at a cost of Rs Rs 5.3 crore, to strengthen forest & wildlife protection #TNForest #Wildlifeconservation

My last project at Betul and the vow to establish a forest martyrs memorial in Betul, now fulfilled. Honourable PCCF and HoFF of MP dedicated Van Shaheed Smarak to the forest martyrs and their families on September 11th, 2025. South Betul has the highest number of forest martyrs among all divisions in Madhya Pradesh, with 7 out of a total of 62 martyrs of MP originating from this region. I felt it was imperative to create a memorial for these brave individuals, ensuring that their sacrifices are commemorated and their acts of valor serve as an enduring inspiration for future foresters. The memorial now stands as a testament to their dedication and courage in the protection of the forest and wildlife. @mpforestdept @minforestmp @CMMadhyaPradesh @JansamparkMP @BetulProjs @DisttForester

No response from @actcevents till now.

Do you all remember the Marakkuma Nenjam concert by the much respected @arrahman sir,@actcevents, and @bookmyshow ?.. I was one of the victims of the event. Filed a case for a refund of my ticket money. In spite of the consumer court giving an order to give me a refund, @actcevents didnt paid it till now. Such unprofessional behavior by @actcevents and I wonder how celebrities like @ThisIsDSP @gvprakash are entertaining unethical event managers like @actcevents ?. If they are not paying for a victim even after court order then think of amount money they ate from customers who couldn't afford court expenses ?. I am going for contempt of court now. @actcevents

Dream come true! Tapti Conservation Reserve, the first conservation reserve of Madhya Pradesh, has been notified. Betul has received its due. The joint efforts of Team South Betul, led by me, and Team West Betul, led by my batchmate and dear friend, Varun, bore fruit. Special mention to Akashpuri Goswami, my probationer, who has done a great job drafting the notification and conducting field visits in the final stages.
