@VELFAC we have had Velfac doors put in our building in 2013 and since we have had problems with the mechanisms not working properly Velfac design is not good as we have problems of condensation in the flats and not happy with after service

@VELFAC we have normal windows and doors in our other buildings and have not had any mechanism problems as much as Velfac doors have given us problems

@Lwilkinson88 @BowkerSadler @gtpartnerships @VELFAC As long as it’s v200i double glazed, it’s tested. Triple glazed leaks when put through two controlled test on site. Velfac didn’t want to know about standing over their triple glazed for CWCT. Info for all #misleading #badservice #velfac

@_RaeMoore @VELFAC Good Afternoon Rae, I am very surprised by your tweet. As you know, the windows you refer to were accidentally damaged in transit by an outside provider employed in good faith by TEROCO. TEROCO have since supplied and fitted all new replacement windows throughout the building

Pity you can’t stop them rotting or leaking, I tried. Bad service, Velfac only interested in sales.

@VELFAC Poor customer service experience. 9-10 week lead time when ordering, 5 weeks later told this was now 16 weeks!! No help/resolution offered @wheresmywindows

Wow @velfac, again a broken promise on deliveries. Lost count now. And this is after you demanded full payment to SECURE a delivery date next week. Poor poor service. Stinks of bullying, and unprofessional conduct.

@VELFAC still waiting for our windows. Deposit paid 5/12/17, told delivery 19/03/18, no windows arrived, unanswered phone calls & emails, ignored until left bad review, told end of April, today end of May almost 6 months! We are incurring £1000's of additional cost cos of delay.

Nice windows don't make up for total lack of after sales. What if there was an emergency? Definitely not recommending. @VELFAC
