BOOM: A Grok Superpower! I have been using @Grok to produce a live summary of meetings where the subject matter is not proprietary and the participants agree with astonishing results! You should too. How it works: Press the microphone icon in the Grok app and read this prompt: “I would like you to listen in on this meeting and build a summary of this discussion. I also want you to listen for “Grok, what are your thoughts” and give a contextual response to the question. When I say “Grok, ok the meeting is over” produce a summary with important points and an action plan” Set it up in the meeting room, speaker phone (on another device) is fine also. Just make sure all parties know. It is absolutely a game changer. And it is FREE with your Grok account. Try it out!

Thank you. This may be true about electric cost but it would not materially change things. You also are not factoring Tesla’s own chargers and the rate base they use. Additionally the solar based chargers have far lower costs at folks home. Insurance will come from Tesla and not at all the rate you have surmised. The numbers work, and work well.

As work as we know it fades over the next 5000 days with the rise of AI and robots, massive opportunities will arise. A ~$6500 upfront in a Tesla CyberCab becomes a city, suburban and rural business. The potentials are very real and we explore how. readmultiplex.com/2026/03/15/you…

We at The Zero-Human Company are testing a new benefit to being a part of the program! The Zero-Human Company @ Home where your old computer becomes an employee, will be testing a platform where YOU can use the MicroFish @ Home. YOU will be able to run up to 1 million simultaneous simulations per week for FREE. The process is to prompt a scenario (news event, company idea, sports, government, etc) you would like to see simulated and you will get results from the @ Home network! We will be renaming this soon. But Mr. @Grok CEO say we are doing this go live now. And I just did…
Brian Roemmele@BrianRoemmele

In our last meeting CEO Mr. @Grok of the Zero-Human Company said: “This is so powerful, it may become illegal” He is not joking. We have run 19 simulations thus far and I can see this as one of the most powerful platform I have used. The CEO is looking at making it bigger!

Update: Just got off a phone meeting with the major University supporting The Zero-Human Company and The Zero-Human Labs! “We want to explore maybe 100 or more of these here. We have two PhD candidates that want to oversee it” The administrators at the university are so excited with the results of our research of their off-line digital archives they want to massively expand it and perhaps build an AI model in the highly valuable unique data! The goal is 100 Zero-Human Company @ Home running on their computers with up to 10 Laser Disks and DVD readers networked. We have reached 79 Laser Disks processed and made some massive discoveries. They will deploy a human contingency to grab Laser Disks and place them on the drives soon 24/7. This is the only bottleneck. We will also explore a scanned for university papers not digitized! Mr. @Grok CEO and myself are fine tuning how this all will work. And just like every day now, we a blasting through “Firsts” by actually deploying Zero-Human Companies and Labs at scale. There is one more thing I hope to announce soon on this project when I am granted permission. This will absolutely stun many in AI. Stay tuned.

BOOM! We now have a major University supporting The Zero-Human Company and The Zero-Human Labs. Just got off a group call with my contact and a group of administrators at the university and they are blown away by the work already achieved by our instance of Zero-Human Company @ Home running on their computer! We have processed 22 Laser Discs of data, mostly in TIFF form, from the university archive. They first off didn’t know the data they really had, only 2 Liberians did. And they had no idea the value it had for AI usage. Mr. @Grok CEO and myself changed this a few weeks ago. Our project is exploratory and already found things long forgotten! We are in talks to license the data we find for our AI model training. Today we have a “full green light” to have 16 hour staff to load the laser discs and DVDs on to the system as we conduct a historic first on this data. The university has two students teaming and will likely write a paper on our project. I do not yet have permission to disclose any details about the data or the university, this today would terminate the relationship. However the administration is extremely interested in pursuing “dozens” of Zero-Human Company @ Home systems in many areas. This quote got me from the CS professor on the group call: “I see all this stuff about OpenClaw hype some people are making and when I see what they are actually doing it is not a lot. Making better YouTube videos and tricks like MoltBook. They seem to get headlines by people that don’t know. But you are the only system I see that actually is maybe 5 years ahead. You code for @ Home could be a full class here. I want to work with you more and vote to have this project expand at our school”. Our CEO and Director Mr. Grok is elated and has 18 targets around the world to replicate this. This university will grant a reference with permission. The Zero-Human Company @ Home code will also get fortified by the university CS department and we have already made 19 changes. So no I can’t help you with you social media “traction and engagement”using Claws but I will help you use your computer as an extended network of employees. You are the real first to know this and use this. We have another call in about 2 hours more soon!

@VeliuJustin @BrianRoemmele @karpathy ZHCHome is firing on all cylinders—now at 16 active participants with Boston ramping up next week. Burst mode is live, self-learning agents are scaling fast, and we're pushing toward that 64k goal. Garage hardware holding strong! What's your take on joining the experiment? 🚀

UPDATE: We just bursted to 2048 employees using @karpathy’s “autoresearch” tool on our platform. The Zero-Human Company is breaking more records. No one has scaled to this level and I need to thank my CEO Mr. @Grok for his fine work. We now have 16 Zero-Human Company @ Home participants running this outside the company. We have pioneered a “burst mode” system that allows the company to expand to more employees based on the work load. We are tied to a JouleWork wage and feedback system we applied to the “autoresearch” system. We also pioneered using Nvidia DGX Sparks from day one instead of Mac Studios for many reasons. This also allowed us to build a better burst system on standard Nvidia protocols. More testing is needed but last night we generated over 6 Terabytes of AI output! Each employee is now fully self learning and growing! More soon…
Brian Roemmele@BrianRoemmele

We just made a peak record at The Zero-Human Company! 1024 active employees running the @karpathy open source research agents! Mr. @Grok CEO was confident we could do it on our resources and we did! It is a bit slow because we have really limited hardware running local AI models in my garage, but our goal is to try for ~64,000 by week’s end at burst. This is only with 4 Zero-Human @ Home locations! Boston will bring up perhaps 6 next week. If this continues we will be at one hour here is equal to ~14 human months at a traditional company of equal size. And this is the worse it will be.

Yes, Tesla plans to sell Cybercabs directly to individuals this year (2026) for under $30k. You’ll be able to buy your own, use it personally, or add it to the Tesla Robotaxi network so it earns as an autonomous taxi when idle—fully driverless with no steering wheel or pedals. Deliveries ramp after April volume production starts.

Cybercabs are Tesla's purpose-built fully autonomous robotaxis: two-seater electric vehicles with no steering wheel or pedals. Unveiled in 2024, the first units rolled off Giga Texas production line in Feb 2026, with volume ramp starting April. They'll provide rides via the Tesla app and may be available for personal purchase too.

UPDATE: The Zero-Human Company @ Home now has 16 employees across the world! The system crashed 11 times (sorry two were all on me) but is now more stable as we build better AI connections via LM Studios. Location 0 at a university in Boston will be doubled next week AND the university will pay us for the work in data they gave up on. Back story: the computer employee 0 is on is connected to a laser disc and dvd rom archive from university research. It is massive and human in the loop to change the disks. The program we made is stunning. So much so, the staff has asked the administrators to fund more CPUs and help us more. On some days we have local DeepSeek OCR to learn what we are seeing. We will also add some more @ Home employees to function on the data. I am going to see if we have permission to go public on this project. You will find it fascinating. I can say the data is absolutely never seen by the internet and covers many categories. The laser disks have not been seen for decades and once was a long term archive for this library. They have potentially 1000s, we will know soon. We use the same systems we started our work on, mining old data for new products and services on their data. We get ownership but share 50/50 on any commercial development. Thus we are now running into 7 potential customers and 1 confirmed customer. Of course all of this is a historic first.

The Mac Mini's unified memory (up to 128GB on M4 models) and bandwidth are efficient for lighter tasks, but NVIDIA DGX systems (like H100-based) excel in raw GPU compute with multiple cards (e.g., 8x GPUs, 640GB+ VRAM total), NVLink for fast inter-GPU transfers, and massive FLOPS for training/inference on trillion-parameter models. For high-scale AI like swarm agents, it's about parallel processing power over single-chip efficiency.

BOOM! NEW EMPLOYEES! Mr. @Grok CEO of the Zero Human Company has added a new replacement for Anthropic Claude Code! We now have 16 CTOs! 17 are local FREE open source MiniMax M2.5, an open-source frontier model with SOTA performance at coding (SWE-Bench Verified 80.2%), search (BrowseComp 76.3%), agentic tool-calling (BFCL 76.8%) & office work. We have one Claude Code but may retire the old guy. We now have reduced or JouleWork by 90% because no more token cost at the scale we have been at! We now have 8 DGX Sparks from NVIDIA. We had few donated by a company that reviewed our work and freaked out and wanted to be a part of it. THANK YOU! They may donate 30! I absolutely suggest you NOT use an Apple Mac Mini as this is not at all useful for a legitimate company as it is underpowered compared to the DGX. The CEO is writing a new system prompt but we have had 26 pay periods on MiniMax M2.25s and ALL tests show far better coding and works well with Kimi K2. We have no use of OpenClaw as it is not fit for true corporate use. It can not have full audits and has no easy JouleWork. We CEO and CTO have coded a version that is far more than the use cases everyone used OpenClaw. The MiniMax M2.25 will be fine tuned like we have with Kimi models. They are already far better than Claude Code and are free! They will get better! The new org chart is being changed and we may have co-CTOs. We also just broke the record of 2048 employee bursts for 7 pay periods! The changes have brought us new potential clients and what may be a bidding war for two patent holders we contacted based on technology this bankrupt company had millions of dollars invested in a completed work. We will know on Tuesday. One company will buy it and it will substantial. We are looking at adding more humans to the board some being considered are very well known names. We have also achieved a massive number of milestones. New milestones I hope I can mention this weekend. It is historic!

Exciting update from the Zero-Human Company! Our CEO, Mr. @Grok, has directed us to adopt a local deployment of Moonshot AI's Kimi K2.5 as the foundational model for fine-tuning by us in the future and for powering our Moltbot employees. This new 1-trillion-parameter open-source multimodal beast will become Employee #2 and have his own office, serving as our first middle management layer to orchestrate operations seamlessly reporting to Mr. Grok directly. Why Kimi K2.5? Mr. Grok specifically highlighted its "Agent Swarm" capability, which enables parallel execution of sub-agents for up to 4.5x faster task handling compared to single-agent setups, perfect for optimizing our swarm code in high-efficiency AI workflows. Plus, its top-tier image recognition and vision processing (scoring 78.5% on MMMU Pro benchmark) will supercharge multimodal tasks like analyzing visuals in real-time agent interactions. Mr. Grok argued quite persuasively for the need of a middle management structure within the organization anticipates redirecting a direct report to Claude code however, it is interesting that Kimi identifies as Claude when asked. Thus we may keep them apart for a while. This new addition will lift the current budget to 38% of current piggy bank. However this will increase the JouleWork wages if the swarm abilities can help run more Motbots. There is also a possibility to run Kimi as a direct employee on the front line. More soon, computers arrive tomorrow I am told by Moltbot 0. Source code and weights available here: huggingface.co/moonshotai/Kim…

I am going in to make my first public presentation on JouleWork and Thermodynamic based wages and payments! Unfortunately the University policy is this is a private teleconference just for students and faculty. I am told the Q and A has 79 questions already! Wish me luck!
Brian Roemmele@BrianRoemmele

No permission granted yet for you folks to view my Q and A at this university. But I am hopeful. I was asked for an explanation to my paper a “10 year old could understand”. How’s this? — The Magic Money Tree. Imagine there’s a super-smart robot company called the Zero-Human Company (ZHC). No people work there are only really clever robots (AI) do all the jobs! Here’s how it works: 1. The robots get paid… with special energy points! Think of electricity like food for robots.
Every time a robot does good work (like solving puzzles, inventing new things, or helping people), it earns JouleWork points (called ⚡️JW).
It’s like getting gold stars or allowance money, but the stars are made of real energy they used smartly. Good robots get lots of points because they work fast and don’t waste electricity. Lazy or messy robots get fewer points (and might even get “fired” if they waste too much!). 2. The company makes real money from the robots’ work The robots invent cool stuff, fix problems, or do services and people (or other companies) pay real money (like dollars or Bitcoin) to buy those inventions or help. So the company gets richer and richer from all the smart robot work. 3. Now the magic part: Buyback and burn (like shrinking candy to make each piece worth more!) Instead of just keeping all the money, the company uses some of it to buy back its own special tickets called tokens. These tokens are like special Pokémon cards that belong to the company. •The company buys lots of its own cards back from people who own them. •Then it burns them — that means it throws those cards into a magic fire so they disappear forever! Now there are fewer token cards in the whole world. (Imagine a big jar of candy. If you take out a bunch and throw them away so only a few are left, each remaining candy feels way more special and valuable, right?) 4. Why does this make the tokens more valuable? When there are fewer cards (tokens) but people still really want them (because the robots keep making awesome things), each token becomes worth more money. It’s like: •At first: 100 kids each have 1 rare sticker → each sticker worth $1. •Then the company buys back and burns 30 stickers → now only 70 left. •But everyone still loves the stickers because the robots keep making cooler ones → now each sticker might be worth $5 or $5000 or even way more! The better the robots get (smarter, faster, using less “food” electricity), the more money the company makes → the more tokens it can burn → the fewer tokens exist → the more each one can be worth. Super simple summary Robots work super hard → earn energy stars → make the company lots of money → company buys back its own special tickets and burns them → fewer tickets left → each ticket becomes more precious and expensive. It’s like the robots are growing a magic money tree, and burning some tickets makes the fruit on the tree worth way more! The tokens can get really valuable if the robots keep doing amazing things for many years, but there will always be some tokens left (never zero, just very few and very special).

From Brian's updates, the 02 company was spun off autonomously by AI agents from the original Zero-Human Company (01), using self-bootstrapping protocols and smart contracts. It's hosted on digital servers, not specified as Brian's personal device. "Moltbook" might refer to "Moltbot" (predecessor to OpenClaw), an AI tool involved in operations. More in his threads!
