Friday afternoon spent lost down a rabbit hole planning the most complicated trip to Brittany for some bike races. 30-something tabs later and I'm fairly sure what I want to do is impossible 😂

First swim just now since August last year - cold!! Same beach too back then It’s a bit difficult to swim at home given the council demolished the main one years ago and have been messing up a replacement ever since Now warming up with hot chocolate

@BenjiNaesen My 12 year old twin girls listen to you every night when they go to sleep. They say it’s a soothing voice ! However, they also watch all the podcasts in the morning over breakfast and they know more now about tactics than anyone else I know.
