It's crazy. I know I talked with positivity about my situation. I mean it because I realize a change is needed. But seeing those scars will always remind me of neglecting my health. Being consumed by my work life made me neglect my well being and I paid a price. Watch yourself.

What a great day during PT conference today. But man.....when a parent talks down to their child it is sad to see, especially when the child shows great potential. Wild when a parent cannot see the light in their child when the evidence is plain as day.

I am happy with my gains. I went from 283 to 256 lbs. Plus I gained more muscle. Going to keep grinding.

@VengePlayz Yo nice, man. I have been going to the YMCA and working out in their Weight Room and Walking 10K Steps a day. Yeah I am still Bowling and Streaming. I am just trying to blend the 2 parts of my life. I have lost at least 30 to 40 pounds.

@EZLO21 Strength training and cardio. I try to do 4 miles of runs and walks.

Preparing 4th grade for 5th grade.

I can tell people were pampered. Someone literally tried to start a revolution over homework at Open House at work. I didn't pay that much attention to what was said. Homework is not illegal. XD
