"Brother" began as slang black people called their black friends, but today white kids (not adults) picked it up

@tuuu28283 @DrLectersMask I can only speak for America, but if it's just someone handing you something at a counter, a dollar or two is more than fair. If they are doing more work, like bringing you food to your table or house, anywhere from 10% to 20% of the total is usually considered fair.

@PieterVand37940 It adds up to more than 80 hours spent on obtaining a drivers license, when the class, etc are all added up. Emails are going out to the right people to hopefully change this requirement for you. I hope you can see this message.

You know what I find "funny". The fact that I am allowed to drive in America with my South African driver's licence for a period of six months as a tourist, but only for a month as a resident......and thereafter must drive 50 hours "learning" how to drive on the same roads I drove on for the past month. So basically as a resident my driving skills are questionable but not as a tourist..... 🤔
