@ritakml I suffer(ed) from Trichotillomania, and it isn't a topic people discuss or deal with, especially in our culture, so you internalize it and you let this monster grow inside of you. It's good you are sharing this, one shouldn't struggle alone!

Why would I share this? Because whatever the thing you internalized is, it affects your self-talk, how you present yourself, how you live, and how you work. In the workplace, it affects your advancement and what you believe you deserve or not. It affects your relationship with your manager and your colleagues. It affects your job search and your interviews. Everything is connected.

To those of you who wonder about the signature I use here and there "ن" = Noon :)
