As a fellow brand trying to grow in this space, these types of posts are very discouraging. I know for a fact that if @MeganNyvold had contacted @VeraSaltCo directly in DMs or email, they would have worked with you to fix the apparent issue. Blasting off a complaint like this without giving the brand a chance to correct it 1:1 is a really low move (assuming no attempt at 1:1 contact was made)

Hi @MeganNyvold thanks for flagging this! That definitely doesn’t look like our Fine Salt. Those look like our Salt Crystals (that come in the grinder or in the refill box), which should not be in the Fine Salt box. The two products have very similar packaging, so it’s possible there was a mix up, but this is the first time we’ve seen this happen. Sending you a DM to make this right!
