It runs inside the PLRL Player, using AI to match each viewer with the most contextually relevant ad based on intent, timing, and creative fit. On the Content Marketplace, every creator-uploaded video will be served through the PLRL Player, meaning Smart Delivery is active across all marketplace inventory by default. A portion of ad revenue generated from marketplace inventory will flow into buyback and burn programs, applying direct deflationary pressure on $PLRL supply over time.
