A strong week for Base across infrastructure, x402, and ecosystem growth.
Key updates:
1. Base Beryl + B20 went live on mainnet
Base shipped Beryl and the B20 native token standard.
This gives builders a stronger foundation to launch native assets, stablecoins, and tokenized products on Base.
2. Cloudflare x Base x x402
Cloudflare is bringing x402 into its Monetization Gateway.
Websites, datasets, APIs, and MCP tools can accept stablecoin payments through x402 on Base.
This is a major step for agent payments and internet-native micropayments.
3. Base Ecosystem Fund backed 30+ teams
Base is not only pushing infrastructure.
It is also funding more builders directly through its ecosystem fund.
More teams means more experiments, more apps, and more reasons to build on Base.
