Why did the European Union ever sign a minerals deal with Rwanda knowing that Rwanda simply seizes many of those minerals from the Democratic Republic of Congo. Now that Rwanda has openly invaded Congo via its M23 proxy, the deal should be revoked. trib.al/ihPvgdY
