@ImJasonCook @Young_Gouki Simply put, while defending you usually block low and react to the overheads, but since HC blocked the guard crush standing he's forced into a standing position even while blocking low, cuz of this the unreactable overhead that usually whiffs against low blocking opponents hits

@LucarioKid73 @GamGoose @reddittoXD it's still punishable in-between hits if the first is blocked early since its low blockstun hasn't been changed and the gap you speak of is still there, it launches on hit so that the second hit will always connect
