I'm in Mullingar this morning for the AGM of the @VeterinaryHQ. Vets and veterinary nurses play a key role in protecting the integrity of the sector. The challenges of antimicrobial and antiparasitic resistance can only be addressed through a close farmer and vet relationship.

Today the retired business owner hands me a letter from @eircare threatening disconnection if HE doesn’t pay the bill. The bill that I’ve been asking and pleading for for months. Joke of a company. Absolutely disgrace

Had to go through all the same questions I had repeatedly gone through over 50 odd phone calls for 7 months. We will sort this by Friday I was told

Last week out of utter frustration I contacted @eircare on social media because we had spent 7 months and countless hours on the phone trying to take over 2 phone numbers from a retired business owner. Promised it would be sorted by Friday.

@eircare How is it remotely possible that after 7 months conversing with Eir employees over more than 30 hours of phone calls that I cannot change two business lines from a retired business owner to our company??? Eir keep ringing me but nobody has a solution. Joke of a company
