how it feels to be online friends with someone when ur the only one that face revealed

I'm looking to potentially hire a (manager?) to help me regularly create/post short form content and expand my reach on other platforms. Every time I try to do this I post for a week and then stop. I stream for 25 hours per week on top of work + studying + other life commitments, so I struggle with finding the time to be consistently working on my stream outside of the hours that I'm live. I smiled and nodded as my family doctor misdiagnosed my stage 4 cancer as “teenage anxiety” for years. He then packed up his practice and retired the month he found out he was wrong and left me to pick up the pieces. ✨
