Same to be said about getting ki. as DBZ shows ki just isa straight up boost to all your abilities and can be used to do literally anything if you figure out how to do it with Ki.

@NeetzscheLLC @Tipsall001 -> Bankai is a evolution of Shikai, a Zanpakuto's basic form is your own Soul energy manefesting into a katana and is part of you. Having Bankai would be more specific than these others as it inately means you automatically gain spirt energy, control and a Zanpakuto

@Jinxsama12 @Tipsall001 Its pretty useful, in a alternate timeline route. its show it doesn't revive Subaru when he died with no regrets. and another route when he TRUELY wanted to die. Basically the torturous nature of the ability is brought on by the fact he's too greedy and prideful to give up.

In a side route its shown that if Subaru fills fulfillment he will STAY dead when he dies. So there is no actual downside to the ability that isn't self imposed. You not giving up causes the hell

@Jinxsama12 @Tipsall001 The reason Return by Death is so bad for Subaru is because he's weak. If you have another super power besides it then it's just a backup for emergencies rather than a never ending repeating hell.

@Zoults @Tipsall001 @belikegift6 Return by death is revealed in a alternate route to STOP working if Subaru feels he achieved what he needs to. Basically if you're fulfilled when you die or die of old age. it doesn't activate. its extremely useful in literally any enviroment.
