In order to not be fat, you just have to be okay with being hungry sometimes. Black coffee seems to have helped, as well, but man do I hate it.

@ViaCredo I’m 5’6, and 175 pounds (on a good day). Realistically, a healthy weight for me is 145 max. If I was 175 muscle, it’d be better, but it isn’t muscle. I just like food and drink and laying about a bit too much!

When the parents of Gen-Z were growing up, they didn't have to: Lock their doors at night. Deal with woke pronouns. Peer over their shoulder on a jog. Worry about grocery or gas prices. Gen-Z, We don't have to accept this. We need to vote RED this November to continue MAGA!

Purchased C. S. Lewis’s Space Trilogy today. I hope it’s good. I’ve never read his fiction (unless you count the Screwtape Letters, which is more of a series of allegorical essays than a narrative).
